Over the years , when we want to glorify a civilization ; our minds start to think about its technological achievements, military conquests, soaring monuments and economic growth. Our minds are fixated with this     idea of success.   But this reality also cannot be denied that the endurance of a civilization, its existence and  vitality entirely depends on its  moral  and  ethical  foundation. It’s the  values and principles  that define and set the tone of how people treat one another , overcome differences and resolve problems, structure their lives and relationships, strive for mutual goals and over all prosperity of their nation.  However , I feel that in today’s time , growing sense of individualism , fragments in society , fast pace quick fixes possible due to technology and spread of misinformation has widely effected our  ethical   foundations . We usually get to hear "stay positive" or "trust the process." But sometimes, life doesn’t reward optimism, it puts it to a test. We all want to believe that all will be ok but at times you work hard and still face rejection, you plan carefully but chance plays a different card. When we refer to "a failing economy," everybody imagines declining GDP charts, shrinking exports, or mind-boggling economic terms on TV. But if you stroll through a small village, go to a shop in a de industrialized city, or speak to the typical young graduate with no employment, you will see what a failed economy actually looks like.
